Hiya Griffo,

Firstly, welcome to the forum mate :) An important thing with turbo cars is the exhaust...if it's stock (it looks stock?)...a cat back exhaust can be of greater benefit (in relation to a naturally aspirated aka non-turbo car) - there are lots of other things you can do (hi-flo turbo, front mount intercooler etc) - I'm sure some others will have more specific information on what kind of gains can be had here - all relative to how much you want / have to spend of course :)

Cheers,
Steve

Yep exhaust BUT from dump pipe back...Ford did fit a restrictor in exhaust to help it heat up quicker..If you remove this obviously it goes better...
Then the next is rising boost levels to make that turbo work alittle harder...E- boost is alttle expensive but there is no spikes with them..Try not to use the blead off type as they don't realy work that well as far as engine reliability goes...Better aircleaner and induction side but front mount i/c etc depends on how much power your after and condition of engine..They are fairly tuff engines though..Keep oil changes up top them and they last forever....
