I was just looking into these cheap turbos coming out of China and advertised as Turbomaster/XS Power/Turbo-ZY and even Garret(when delivered the name on the turbo was arret?????). Apparently they have poor reliability issues. Read the attached thread and it will give you some insight into the problems people are experiencing. You get what you pay for I guess.
