Yep its a pretty straight forward conversion, basically all you will need is
- 4 speed box with bellhousing (6cyl i am assuming)
- clutch and pressure plate to suit, because the 3 speed ones may have a different spline for memory? not sure, might be wrong.
- clutch cable setup should transfer over to 4 speed, but if not you will be looking at a hydraulic clutch setup,
- X-member is the same.
- and if you dont have a hole in your floor (which is likely that you dont) you will need to get stuck into her with the angle grinder or similar so the shifter comes up through the floor, had to do this for a mate with his XF ute because he didnt have a hole there) and you will also need the "Hump" as it is usually reffered to to bolt over the hole, it would probably be best to look at one that is already done and take some rough measurements, (it doesnt have to be exact)

i think thats about all, if i think of anything else i will post more

i belive that from XE or XD back the hump is already there, but not 100% on that.. and you don't need to run the hump... im not :P

you can either just take out the pivot pin and remove the stick, or change the steering column to one that doesnt have one at all, up to you
