unfortunately, dealers arent looking for people who know the product off by heart, they're looking for someone who can spin enough believeable s**t to sell a car
and daniel..... ya gotta admit, it's a fairmont..... just with one hell of an options list (including the LWB kit, which i should add is a b**ch to fit...) as standard!

the ED XR did not have a seperate plate saying it is a Tickford
you just need to know what your looking at. its not that hard to pick a mock up. |

old man had a au xr, it had a seperate plate for tickford mods, but his au2 xr didnt.

Thanks xr8 dismantler for that. That now raises another issue,
When I left the dealer they were saying that they would try to find me one and now there saying that they've got one and are waiting for the guy in Melbourne to engrave it???????? Cheers Glen |
