RIP Brocky, met him a few times, absolute legend and top bloke. Actually shed a tear over this one, he was such a great australian icon, no one was ready for him to go yet, just not really fair.

yeah, i just watched the show on channel 7 about him, it just seem'd so weird the way he went, looking at other crashes he had and this one seemd about the same as the other ones (except his seat pretty much got replaced with a tree)

he will be sadly missed

Well from a previous holdenfan, now a converted Fordfan, RIP Brocky05. You own the mountain and you will be sadly missed. You are a hero in the reacing world and a cut above the rest when it comes to driving the v8's.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Peter Brock on a number of occasions during his long association with WADE CAMS.

He was a great ambassador for motorsport at so many levels and will be remembered with respect and affection.

Heard good and bad but mostly good, but you can't say you don't have bad days.

A mate of mine had a VH SS a few years back, he took his glove box to Sandown and Brocky signed it for him.
Overall he was a friendly bloke.
