Thanks lads - she was a continual work in progress...but more-so a labour of love. Tried a few experimental things with the system...it comprised of a fair whack of hardware, so I had lots of options...but a great learning curve to what works in what car etc
As for rattles, sound deaden the tailgate - especially where the number plate is...that's what rattles most bits...also the wiring for the number plate lights - make sure they're secured against something fixed to eliminate them rattle against metal. Cheers, Steve |

Daniel - I'm $hit at saving...but damn good at paying things off
Justford - Single Optima Yellow top - EL's have 90 amp alternators, so when the car is on, it's all fine - it's just when the car is off you have to keep an eye on the clock

yeah i had the same problem, went to pennisula car sound to see what was there and bought my first mrdm500 within 5 minutes, broke it, went back to get it fixed and figured wat the hell better buy another one just incase. i shouldn't walk into audio stores, always walk out with something, currently pondering the 15" screen
