hi there,
i have a 1988 ford courier xlt. Its been sitting in the shed for a while but i love it and want to get it out again and drive it. im pretty sure that it needs a new clutch though, any1 know ROUGHLY what id be looking at to buy one and get it fitted? its the 2.6 petrol with 5 speed,
also, i was looking at maybe getting a new box' for it, the one in it at the moment crunches (think it needs new syncro's), are they cheap enough or just get mine reco'd? cheers

you'd be looking at $80 to $130 for the clutch, pilot bearing and rear main seal. an other $25 odd for gear oil. they may also want to replace the output seal on the back of the box.
$40 to $70 to have the flywheel machined
laybour would be about 3 to 5 hours
