About 3 weeks ago i bought a venom red BA XR6. And i absolutely love it. Wasn't going to touch it till i'd paid it off but you know how us modifiers work...

This is how it started out:

First thing to change was the lights, and a stripe kit:

Next on the list will probably be new 19inch rims or an exhaust. I also want to paint my calipors venom red and tidy up the engine bay

Cheers

Thanks mate, i wanted to emphasize the bonnet seing i dont have a bonnet bulge. I will be getting one when i can afford one tho, either that or a blits bonnet. Yes i did use xenon lights, they are real nice.

I do everything myself. There isnt a thing i wont attempt, then if i stuff it up and cant fix it, ill then take it to a qualified person :D

Im looking forward to seeing where this car ends up...im seeing turbo's in the not so distant future...

Looks really nice.

Whatever you do, don't put "altezza" taillights on it, get some of the nice BF taillights with the reflector.

Good progress for just 3 weeks, very good to see that you do all the work yourself. Ride height looks heaps better too. Look forward to seeing the updates, keep it up!

thanks for your opinions, i love my BA. bit of an upgrade from the XF anyway. Much more comfortable, even when lowered! Theres actually not much difference lowered to stock height in comfort. Im going to try and get some venom red paint mixed up today and hopefully start polishing a few things under the bonnet.
