Well as most of you know my car started out life as a Taxi.
Was built in Dec 1999 and started service as a Taxi in Jan 2000 covering 140k in its first year. In Feb 2007 seen it advertised on ebay and it didn't sell, owner tried again and didn't sell again, so sent him an email and got it for $1700 and it still had 6 months rego!!!! Had just gone through a roadworthy and passed to get Vic rego but didn't like how the auto changed 1-2 to harsh he said??? what the!!!! Well it has come a long way since I bought it, Has seen numerous cruises, a couple of Dyno Days and some low cloud activity on occassions.... Had 799k on it when I got it, now just hit 836k. Not bad for a number matching car... Yes thats right... its the original engine! Hopefully theres a few more cruises left in it yet, It may not be screaming with an abundance of power but it does get me around rather comfortably, reliably and is pretty cheap to run....... Mods So Far S2 Bonnet C2R grille Colour Coded Door Handles, Mirrors & Door Strips S2 Tail Lights (tinted) BA Rear Spoiler S3 Side Skirts Pedders Lowest Legal Springs 17" Alloy Wheels Fairmont Seats, Carpet & Centre Console Extractors 2.5" Cat Back Exhaust XR8 Snorkel Modified Standard Airbox BA Intake Painted Rocker Cover and still more to come.......

great work. how the interior looking after so many kms???
i like it at this stage love c2r body kit what tail lights you using atm...? nice to see you have a build thread now not just updating the show us your au thread lol

Thanks for that guys.....
Interior was replaced early last year from Taxi spec 6 seater to 5 Seater Fairmont trim... Still has the column shift but normal handbrake now as the floor one decided it was gouing drift spec (wouldnt stay on) currently have tinted S2 rear lights as the altezzas well just didnt suit it.....
