got a check over on the car today, every single suspension bushed is rooted, also my power steering boot has ripped, have to replace the boot asap, and replcae all the bushes slowly, when i can come up with the cash

got a qoute on a metal boss bonnet bulge today looking at 500 bucks, bonnet will be cut so it sits in there nicely, all in primer ready to paint

picking up the door actuator and the door on friday, less dents for him to pull.

need to replace everything before i start work, so no saving interruptions,

found a ba ford badge and have glued that to the mesh will take pics of it tommoro

some time next week, hopefully, not in a rush, dont want another dented door lmao

ps, will tidy the body up a bit and make it look alot better then seeing a huge a** dent there

The door actuator will go on defintly next week, so i can lock it properly

Just waiting for some more money to come through to get this steering rack and lower support bar cut,

Reason is my mates cordia had a front end bingle and he is hiring a welder out so i thought stuff it at the same time ill get mine done,

When that does happen will take photos and step by step insructions on how to replace that,

cheers matty

Well xmas is in the next couple of weeks, hopefully i get a job straight after,

My car is getting her present straight after xmas, she has already got a new drivers side actuator and lhr door

She now is getting

lower support bar cut, 50 bucks

steering rack, under 100.000 km old, 50 bucks

4 second hand door rubbers and the 2 big body rubbers, 30 bucks

Should see door and the actuator on before xmas, then we get stuck into the steering rack and the front support bar, also fitting and glueing the good rubbers i bought on

So after that takes place all i have left is

Rear Bar 300 bucks
Black roof liner, 90 bucks
Rear suspension bushes + brand new rear top and bottom arms 500 bucks fitted
Front bushes, prob looking around the same price
Chrome boot garnish, 50 bucks
Rear uni joint

Then thats it, and in march to may next year, she goes in for respray, 2500 grand and a custom metal boss bonnet bulge, 500 bucks in primer

So the car will have every thing replaced in it, all basically brand new if i decide to sell when im off my plates next september

The AU rocker cover came out mint dude, never though an AU cover would look that good polished because of all the fins but that looks awesome. A nice billet oil cap would set that thing off
