Hey guys was wondering if these older series have a smaller fuel tank, I put
30litres in and it reads at full mark or is there something wrong with me fuel pump.

Nah, mate. 68 litre tank for the eb. I fill up at 1/4 tank and take 52 litres on average.

U pull it trip together ?

ammm i usually put in 20L in from empty and read half but then it settles down to less then 1/4 its probably nothing to worry about

Yes i got the broken cluster to i upgraded to the 6 pot like you are going to do and it was buggered ,

it just means we only got the fuel guage to tell how much fuel we got "used"

maybe go to upull it and get a trip computer also a good guide i hear is on this site which is what i used :)

The fuel gauge is just a guide.

As long as the tank doesn't run dry before the needle is in the red, then all is good.

Cheers

Hey guys update time, not much has happen, but will have me new AU engine next week (Wednesday hopefully), sadly wont have it in asap has I would like but gives me a reason to do it slow and good.

Will be painting the block and accessories on it this time, and if $$$ allow may do some other conversion also.

Today just cleaned the behind the Tail Lights has it was full of dirt and crap and mould was starting to appear.

Edit, also fixed me boot has sometimes it wouldn't open from the button on the dash, turn out the boot was slightly on a angle, basically just loosen the nuts on the right had side, pushed it up to match the other side, and now working fine :), feels good doing good stuff to it :).

Image

so want it in now but gonna take a bit before it does still heaps of things to do with stuff all coin :(.
