correct, he could show a 500 rwhp dyno sheet, but im not sure anyone would take much notice......considering how generous dynos can be

maybe he has taken it to the track and was disapointed with the result? Hence why he says he needs a bigger stall

keen to see some decent times laid on the track :)

Hahaha cars still at shop getting things finished off.. I havnt driven it yet.. More dyno sheets to come.. Reason stall is needed is Coz the cams are massive.. Haha I was expecting some hatred and have nothing to prove to anyone. Just putting it out there that with money and right contacts this sorta power can be achieved.. Merry Christmas all :)

Mate no hatred here just proves that you have that figure.
any figures can be got on dyno if you put in correct things to make it do it

I went through it all myself .

dyno are only a tuning tool the real test is down qaurter

Yer it's not the first time I been through it.. And you brocky have one nice car mate.. Hmm I no they are tuning tool.. But my cousin hav 380rwkw in xr6t with standard drive line.. He has pulled a best of 12.1.. Tony from pre performance had 340rwkw both spun on same dyno but he has 4.11 and runs 11.4.. So there is still Alota variables down the strip aswell.. As soon as I can put stall in car with out auto chucking a hissy fit I'll be straight to the drags..

every car is differen't you could have the same mods in a differen't xr and it would still not be the same just gota respect what figures you have i also have a n/a 6 i have 208rwkw and have done a 13.6 pass with std diff gears however the last few runs with even less fuel i've only managed 13.9 - 14.1's due to tyres and track conditions i reacon in a perfect world i could squeeze low 13's out of it getting those perfect conditions is the battle it just shows that there's soo many things that can alter times. very impressive results non the less would love to see it down the track with semi slicks and a good LSD could be suprising falcon i6 the new hemi? looking that way:)

If they could figure out a way to flash a TPS tune into them, a set of 50mm ITBs would be phenomenal on this, with the VCT it would have great throttle response and drivability with the huge cams.

Mine being manual and only one cam with 207rwkw did 12.89.
New motor on run in has already produced 220rwkw on lowered limiter :D

I look forward to raising my limiter soon and trying to beat your figure  :P

Im just using the xr8 airbox for now but i like the look of the atomic manifold  i will be happy with a low 13 when the diff gears go in and with semi slicks i might just crack a 12 hmm time will tell so the new sct x3 programs will alow for 7500rpm? jesus thats crazy you probly wont make anymore power at that rpm but depends if you can keep the air flow/fuel up to it:)

bit of an update. Went around to see how things are goin 90% done but this dam rain and the 6speed are being a pain in the a**. Rain has stoped road frieght(waiting of diff gears and LSD) New timing chain going in this week :). Exhaust is pretty much done just tips to put on. Intake also just about done. Tiapan Motorsports wants us to try out some Weapon X coils for them. So they have sent them down. So also waiting on that. Talking to herrord about the 6speed tuning software Which is apparently almost done testing. Could see the software as early as February which would be great.

Problem we are having with 6speed auto is that when under WOT and shift from first to second (weather it be in sport shift or drive) it wont change gears before revlimiter and instead of hitting revlimiter it pull straight thro it and throws it into limp home mode. Now After talking to few different people it is believed to be due to the extra torque and we wont be able to stop it doing it till the software comes out :( so i can only use 3/4 throttle in 1st.. after that it works fine in every other gear.. it also in desperate need of a torque converter. Its launches hard off the line till standard converter lock up at about 2500 then it bogs alittle till about 3000rpm and takes off again. So again waiting on the 6speed software till able to put 3500rpm stall in..

so ill prob lose 246rwkw power reading but should be alot nice to drive and quicker :)

more videos and pics to come once weather clears and I get my car bak :)

Why should the extra torque be a problem for the gearbox? there's plenty of hi powered turbos with zf's that run fine, my car (certainly not a hi po one) runs 350rwkw and an a*** more torque than stock and the gearbox is fine, all changes are perfect regardless of mode..

what extra parameters will this new xcal development gain access too?
