your still going to need a crossover anyway. even if it is only a bit smaller.
There are a couple of little hidey holes you can put crossovers without them showing at all or getting in the way of anything. and if you did want to do that, there is no need for coaxials, as the tweeter in it wont be doing much anyway. proly just as good to buy a decent set of splits. i just have and am so glad i did |

I wouldn't need crossovers as the tweeters have their own little crossover that cuts out the mids and lows and the coaxial has built in crossover anywayz. And the coaxial and the tweeter are both getting the same signal so basically all I've done is mounted two tweeters and one mid up front. Much clearer cirsper highs. Love it

i too have had my fair share of crappy speakers and us stated above you definately notice quality i got the foam, just need some desent glue |

this is what im aiming for. simple look, with some mid range in the boot so when you sitting there enjoying music you can actually hear music and not just bass. might add them on a small amp turned on by boot light like the lights
oh and the tweeters arnt tweeters

I've got the same username. I think . . . . Anyway yeh I like the idea of speakers in the boot as well. Something I want to do once I get hold of a sub I wanna keep. |
