Hey guys,
I've been thinking... Am I gonna' be needing to raise my car a little now that I'm getting a kit? For all those who don't know, have a look at the link in my signature.
At the moment I've got SuperLow springs with shortened shockers front and rear. So far I've only ever really had clearance problems with the rear of my car and that's only gonna' get worse with a body kit isn't it? The rear of my car seems to ride slightly lower than the front which is probably due to my stereo install.
I'm thinking that if I just got a pair of Low springs for the rear of my car instead of SuperLows then I'd be fine.
I want to figure this out BEFORE I put my kit on so I don't start scraping it along the ground the day I put it on.
Any help would be great guys.
Thanks,
Sam.

This is my car at the moment...

Only unavoidable problem I've got is my driveway... It's a little steep

nice... my driveway has the 45degree gutter as well... that's not my problem though... the slope up into my actual carport area is. it's just too slopey for too long...

Stick to practicality over looks...if you go too low the kit is just going to scrape.

Which is exactly what I said... Main question I guess is... Will it look weird with lows on the rear and superlows on the front?

Is it just me? or do other people think the rear of my car looks slightly lower...?

my car has lows on the rear and stocks on the front...levels the car out. if you go superlows on the front and lows on the rear...it would sit pretty funny...either go lows/superlows all round, or go super low rear and low front. (assuming you don't have a gas tank)

if you have a gas tank then your way is fine i think.

Yeh... I'm wondering if the extra 30ish kg due to all my stereo gear has dropped my rear down a bit.

By the looks of the top pic lows in the rear would probably level it.

That's what I'm thinking... I'll do that while I'm fitting my new rear bar. Anyone in S.A. wanna swap a set of rear SuperLows for a set of Lows?
